I see with the hope that people will move past their daily routines and become more aware of what is happening in the world around them. I believe "good" is supposed to be breath taking and something you never want to look away from. When working on a peace I want my viewers to feel calm, stillness, happiness, and pure beauty. I admire artists who can see life like I do and leave me thinking. I mainly use oil on my paintings because of my love for the human figure, I mostly paint portraits. I believe that if I can stop at least one person in their tracks to learn about what is going on in this world, then I have done my job. My main subjects are my family and peers, I cherish who they are and value my memories with them. My work celebrates the little things I love that most people would overlook.
